SAGEL pairs engineering discipline with hospitality expertise to remove manual bottlenecks from every interaction. It connects your phone lines, messaging channels, booking widgets, and CRMs to the same AI orchestration layer.
The platform orchestrates WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email, and AI-powered IVR calls, delivering consistent answers within seconds while syncing transcripts, intents, and profiles back to your core systems.
One signature capability is the voice concierge: guests dial a local number, converse with the AI, and walk away with a confirmed reservation—perfect for high-touch brands whose clientele still prefers to call.
After every booking, SAGEL dispatches branded confirmation texts and reminder cadences at intervals you control, dramatically reducing no-shows and keeping stakeholders informed without manual follow-up.

We revolutionize your company’s internal workflows with AI and engineering so you can handle external communication, guest support, and internal event planning effortlessly. Sagel bridges the gap between your customers and your operations by orchestrating every channel from one brain.
